UCL School of Management’s Professor Paolo Taticchi, OMRI, has been named one of the UK’s most impactful sustainability leaders as part of the inaugural edie 100 list.

The edie 100 for 2026 celebrates UK-based sustainability and climate leaders who are driving business to take positive action in solving the planet’s greatest challenges.

Paolo, who is Professor of Strategy and Sustainability and Co-Director of the UCL Centre for Sustainable Business, was selected for his work on strategy, corporate sustainability and performance measurement, which puts his research at the intersection of sustainable transformation, competitive strategy and executive education.

He said of his inclusion on the edie 100: “We have come a long way in driving impactful change in practice to deliver sustainability improvements in business. There is still a long way to go and I’m honoured to be part of the inaugural edie 100, standing with peers who share the same goal in driving positive action and solving the planet’s greatest challenges.”

The edie 100 list recognises those who have, over the last two years:

  • Driven tangible, positive sustainability improvements within business – environmental or social
  • Shaped or influenced green policy at international, national or local level
  • Led impactful climate campaigns or partnerships that have achieved measurable results
  • Pioneered innovative approaches or solutions that disrupt the status quo and accelerate the transition to a sustainable future

The winners were selected by a panel of independent judges. All 100 winners will be attending the edie 26, the UK’s largest and longest-running corporate sustainability event.
